In one of the prettiest, greenest corners of Italy, sitting on a panoramic hillside overlooking a peaceful valley with a view of the Sibillini Mountains, you’ll find our agriturismo.

In the tradition of the first agriturismo’s in Italy and in Le Marche, we offer affordable holiday accommodation on our small organic farm that produces lavender and olive oil.

Our organic farm is located just 20 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the mountains in the ancient countryside of the medieval village of Carassai. Close to the beautiful art cities of Fermo and Ascoli Piceno, it's an ideal place to explore Le Marche and to relax on your holiday.

The agriturismo offers 4 B&B rooms, 2 holiday apartments and a small eco campsite.
Our B&B has a common room with an original farm fireplace on 1st floor along with our B&B rooms and apartments.
All of the B&B rooms and holiday apartments have private bathrooms.

Whether you call it eco camping, farm camping or mini camping, our small campsite has partially secluded spots, all with a beautiful view in which to pitch your tent.

In the gardens around the agriturismo and the farm we have seating and tables both in the sun and in the shade for our guests to relax in and enjoy the view of beautiful patchwork hills dotted with charming medieval villages.
In the agriturismo is a small farm shop selling our organic farm products.
B&B, apartment and eco camping guests are invited to relax or eat in any of our 4 gazebos, gardens or on our farm shop veranda.

Le Marche and our agriturismo have plenty to offer for all ages. Whether you want to cycle, hike, explore local food and wine, admire pieces of Renaissance art and architecture, or just relax and soak in the Italian art of 'far niente' (do nothing), this lovely area of Italy has it all.
