Masseria Marzalossa - Apulia

 

The Farm-House “Marzalossa” was built in the XVII th centuary and is one of the historical houses of Apulia. For over two centuries it belongs to the Guarini family and it is directly managed by them.

This farm house is refurnished with great care , is a unique place to relax and to gain new strength, surrounded by ancient olive trees and old stone walls in a pure nature.

This homestead is a clear example of excellent rural architecture that is so common in this land.

Over the last few centuries Marzalossa was chosen by monks and prelates, who spent their time here coupling meditation and prayer with countryside life. Evidence of this passage is still present here.

At the disposal of the guests there are : the swimming-pool built in ancient lemon grove , the bicycles and boat of excursion on request .

Minibus service from and to Bari and Brindisi airport and tourist excursion on request.

The kitchen is dedicated exclusively for the guests of the Farmhouse , propose the dishes of typical gastronomy of our region.

Organic products of the Farmhouse are: olive oil extravergine , wine ,vegetables, jam, tomatoes in oil, sweet almond , liqueur of various essences and detoxicant infusion of miss Lucy.

Mistress Maria Teresa personally and daily take care of the menu and organize cookery course on request.

BY CAR: SS Bari- Brindisi- Lecce, exit Pezze di Greco, after 2 Km. turn right for Fasano and about 1,5 Km ,.left there is the traffic signal with the board of Marzalossa Farm.

BY TRAIN: Milano- Bologna- Bari-Lecce line , get down at Fasano Station- 4 Km. distance from Marzalossa Farm.

BY AIR: Bari and Brindisi airport , 45 minutes and on request minibus service is available.
