THE BEGINNINGS
Thanks to the convictions of our founder, Roberto Drighi, who was very attached to the land, in 1960 the first specialised vineyards and olive groves were planted, the cantina constructed and commercial activity begun. The idea for organic cultivation was due to Laura Drighi, one of Roberto’s daughters, who believed that agriculture could respect both the environment and personal well-being, and with the help of faithful collaborators, she has carried the project forward to the present day, dedicating herself to various sectors of the agricultural business and creating a significant agricultural tourism busines.
THE FUTURE
At the present time, an impassioned third of the family oversees the company. Neri Gazulli, grandson of the owner, is the current director. He brings to the business a managerial expertise acquired during many years of work in a multinational company and a love for the land and its products. He has a young Norwegian wife and two children, who share his respect for and sensitivity to the beauty of Tuscany and its environment. The continuity of the family management permits us to go forward without interruption in our intentions for our work. So we look forward to many years of organic production and the development of our business, guaranteed by our attention to the well-being of our land and territory, with an orientation towards the quality of all of our products. |
