The Villa, second of twin villas facing each other on two hills, Colli San Paolo e Monte Giove, in its elegant neoclassic style is possibly the only one of its kind in the roman country side.
Completely restructured by the Gozzi family, after having obtained the management from the Basiliani monks of Grottaferrata in 2003, the villa has been made suitable to the new use and renewed on all three levels.
On the ground floor there are: reception and office, kitchen, meeting rooms and restaurant, reading room, three bedrooms all with private bathroom;

on the first floor there are five bed rooms and a suite, all of them with private bathroom;

in the basement: Fitness - Room, bathroom.

The material, employed for the restructuring, has been selected during the time, including the antique Italian furniture, of Piemontese and Neapolitan style, and antique international furniture, French and English style.
The flooring is in some areas of rectangular or large terracotta floor tiles, in others of hand made and hand painted majolica tiles from Vietri.
The monumental handmade doors originate from an ancient Modenese villa. Those of the large rooms are all in mahogany and walnut-tree wood; those of the bedrooms are painted and embellished.
All rooms are supplied with: air-conditioning, heating, television, telephone, minibar.
Every room is tied up to a flower or fruit-motive, from which derives its name, the colour of the walls and of the furnishing, including those of the water-colours paintings by the painter Enza Viceconte from Elba island.
