The holiday resort “Azienda Agricola Mandranova” is set in a garden of palm trees. We offer a peaceful and relaxing stay in an old and rustic farmhouse, the restored old railway station and an old “palmento”. The “gebbia” , in ancient times used for irrigation, was restored to become a small fascinating pool where to refresh during summer. Mandranova offers 2 villas. The Casello, 30 mt. far from the Casale, encircled by palms, Mediterranean plants and olive trees. The "Robazza" is 300 mt. Far from the Casale and is surrounded by olive trees. The properties are available for weekly hire, from Saturday to Saturday, with option of using facilities at the farmhouse. The Contrada Mandranova is situated in a naturally magnificent part of Sicily. The wind, sun, sea, and earth strike our imagination with their powerful colours. Full of life, this is a place of both ancient history and Mediterranean beauty, where our olive trees have been swaying restlessly for centuries, blown by the winds of the Sirocco and Maestrale. On a hill, a few miles from the sea, there is a green oasis where selected olive trees, some of them over a hundred years old, grow to witness the labour of our ancestors. Here we produce extra-virgin olive oil and conserves that are expressions of our land, our sun, our Sicily. Combining traditional knowledge with modern methods, Mandranova products are not only excellent quality, but are true expressions of the land and people of Sicily.
